Greetings Fellow 1968 Classmates

We held our fourth reunion meeting on April 21st at 1:30pm at Perkins in Cambridge, MN. There are no notes or minutes available at this time. The following synopsis was prepared from an already fuzzy memory of the event by Fred Lehman.

Attendance: Gary P, Marie P, Jayne V, Ila O, Grace S, Larry S, Jim R, LeEtte N, Barb J, Darrel A, Fred L.

Invitations: The finished invitations, RSVP cards, and envelopes were distributed for viewing and will be labeled and mailed within the next few days. The initial content and layout of the invitations was prepared by Grace. In a cooperative effort with other board members, Jayne (with the assistance of Fred) designed the final invitation forms which were then produced and printed by Fred.

Treasury: Several additional monetary contributions were submitted at the meeting and Jim Ronning reports that the reunion is now well funded. A motion was passed to retain any surplus money as well as to continue the contribution process in preparation for additional future reunions. The nature and content of these future reunions will be decided at upcoming meetings of attending class members. It was the wishes of many that we keep in touch with one another by holding similar get-togethers three or four times per year in perpetuity (BFF).

Reunion: Details of the music, the dance, and the bonfire were discussed and an initial "playlist" of music selections was compiled. This list will be published and augmented as additional requests are received. The women directed the men to "touch up" on their dancing skills, taking lessons as necessary to achieve proficiency. The men agreed with only a small amount of whimpering.

Next meeting will be June 30th at 1:30 pm in Cambridge at Perkins. Any and all class members interested in contributing, participating, or even just having a good time, please come join us. We had a great group and it was both fun and interesting.
