If anyone knows anything about other classmates, please sent them an email and information about the website or email us his or her address or phone number or email address so we can get in contact with them. Thank you!

The menu was finalized: Riverwood Chicken (golden brown chicken breast atop a bed of carmelized onions) and Ribeye Steak (eight ounce steak char grilled to medium) served with tossed greens; house dressings; chef’s choice potato; seasonal vegies.; fresh-baked rolls with butter; lemonade, water, coffee, decaf-coffee; and chef’s choice dessert (possibly assorted cheesecakes at each table). Appetizers are Fruit and Vegetable trays with dips and Spinach and Roasted Garlic dip with pita chips. If there is anyone who needs special dietary needs, we will be able to accommodate that as well. This will be listed on the invitation.

Also listed on the invitation will be if you need a room or not (a block of 20 rooms are available). Grace will design the invitation and Fred will print up a rough draft for our next meeting to okay or make changes. Shari will get the estimated cost from Diane at Riverwood Inn in the next couple of days and email it to Jim, who will figure out the cost per person. This information will be sent to Grace to start the invitation design. We would like to get the invitations folded and mailed out by May 15th. Jayne, Barb, and Ila will help out with that duty. RSVP deadline will be July 15th for menu selections and number of people coming to this event to meet Diane’s (Riverwood’s coordinator) deadline of July 25th.

Diane said that people could arrive and get into their rooms by 3 pm or earlier if needed. Social Hour will start at 5 pm until 6:30 pm. We are thinking of having a short program/slideshow while dinner is being served and eat at 7 pm – 8:30 pm. At 9 pm the dance will start and the bonfire with smores. It was decided that there will be an open bar/drink tickets.

Jayne said she will compile all information from the website and information sent by classmates via email, phone, or postal service into a book for all classmates.

Jim’s son, Elijah will be providing the music for the dance and possibly taking pictures throughout the event. We would also like you to take pictures and send them to Jayne for possibly adding to the book or to the website brahambombers68.com.

Shari will try to take senior pictures and make name tags/spouse name tags.

Next meeting will be April 21st at 1:30 pm in Cambridge at Perkins. Those who are interested in coming, please join us. We had a great group at our meeting. It was fun and interesting. Thanks Fred for coming all the way from Florida. Hope you and your car survived the snow.

If you have any questions feel free to email me at selensky2@clearwire.net or Jim at jimronning@msn.com.

Please put down August 10th for our 45th class reunion.

Thank you. Have a great evening.
